A successful company like this also requires efficient processes. Therefore, Industry Pension explored the Danish market for budgeting and forecasting solutions to automate their processes. The budgeting process was, like in most companies, manual, centralized, and reliant on a few MS Excel-savvy accounting personnel. Additionally, the budget setup was quite detailed and complex, necessitating the automation of the cost and revenue budgets, payroll budget, and several annual estimates down to the departmental level.

The built-in access and authorization management ensures that each user only has access to their own budget and reporting.

All data is retrieved from D365 Business Central, which is then processed in the accompanying InfoSuite Data Warehouse. Now, there are only a few entries that need to be made in InfoSuite, ensuring that budgets and estimates are always up-to-date in real-time and error-free.
