Processing Activities

As the data controller in accordance with the GDPR, we have the following processing activities:

1. Website Visits

When you visit our website, we use cookies to ensure its functionality. We use cookies to remember your preferences, conduct traffic measurements, and display targeted content and advertisements. You can read more about this in our Cookie Policy.

2. Communication with Potential Customers

You can contact us via:

  • Contact forms on the website
  • Email
  • Telephone
  • Contact via LinkedIn

Through these channels, we will process your personal data to engage in dialogue with you and, for example, respond to inquiries about our services. We will typically process and store the following general information: name, email address, telephone number, job title, and company, as well as any data from other publicly available sources, such as information from LinkedIn.

Our legal basis for processing this personal data is Article 6, stk. 1, litra f of the General Data Protection Regulation.

We only store your personal data and other communication (notes, emails, and meeting minutes) for as long as we need them and always in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act, consent regulations, rules on limitation periods, and/or other legislation.

3. Communication with Customers

We communicate with our customers, and in this context, we may process information such as name, address, services, specific agreements, payment information, and similar details.

The legal basis for processing this personal data is Article 6, stk. 1, litra b of the General Data Protection Regulation. For further details regarding specific terms, please refer to the cooperation agreement with the individual customer.

4. Newsletter

Subscription to our newsletter is voluntary, and you can unsubscribe at any time. The purpose of the newsletter is to send subscribers emails with new information from the company, including new content on the website and announcements of our services.

We will only send you emails if you have given your active consent to do so. This initially requires you to provide your email address, to which we will subsequently send a confirmation email for you to verify your subscription. This ensures that you have actually subscribed to the newsletter yourself, i.e., given active consent.

Our legal basis for processing your personal data (i.e., the email address) in connection with the newsletter will be Article 6, stk. 1, litra a of the General Data Protection Regulation. We will process your personal data for as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter.

Upon unsubscribing from the newsletter, we will store your previously given consent for 2 years after its most recent use due to limitation period requirements in accordance with the Danish Consumer Ombudsman’s Spam Guidance, section 11.3.

5. Bookkeeping

We are required to retain all accounting records in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act. This means that we store invoices and similar documents for accounting purposes. These may contain general personal data such as name, address, and service description.

Our legal basis for processing personal data for bookkeeping is Article 6, stk. 1, litra f of the General Data Protection Regulation. We store this information for a minimum of 5 years after the end of the current financial year.

6. Job Applications

If you send us a job application, our legal basis for processing your personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

If the application does not lead to employment, we will delete the information no later than 6 months after the rejection is sent, unless you have given consent for us to store it for a longer period, or if a legitimate reason has arisen beforehand for us to store it for a longer period.

Data Processors

We have business partners and use suppliers, some of whom may be data processors. External suppliers may, for example, provide systems for organizing our work, services, consulting, IT hosting, or marketing.

It is our responsibility to ensure that your personal data is processed properly. Therefore, we place high demands on our business partners, and our partners must guarantee that your personal data is protected.

Disclosure of Personal Data

We do not disclose your personal data to third parties.

Profiling and Automated Decisions

We do not engage in profiling or automated decision-making.

Third Country Transfers

As a general rule, we use data processors within the EU/EEA or who store data within the EU/EEA.

In some cases, this is not possible, and data processors outside the EU/EEA may be used if they can provide adequate protection for your personal data.

Processing Security

We maintain the security of personal data processing by implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures.

We have conducted risk assessments of our processing of personal data and have subsequently implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to enhance processing security.

One of our most important measures is to keep our employees updated on the GDPR through ongoing information and by reviewing our GDPR procedures with them.

Rights of Data Subjects

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights regarding our processing of your personal data.
